Terrible experience and not worth my time. Back in May (it’s now July) I was involved in a hit and run. My car was parked out front my house and a reckless driver collided with my car. I arrived back in late May/early June, my adjuster had gone home early and no one notified me. They then proceeded to tell me someone would be in touch. This dealership is a complete ripoff, I’ve purchased most all of my vehicles from premier Nissan 5 total in the past but had a bad sales experience there in February, so a friend recommended Mossy. I wish I would’ve read reviews before purchasing my car from them while the sales process was seamless ,less than 4 months later and only 2500 miles driven I go in for a check engine light it took 4 days to find the problem and was recommended $2800 worth of repairs which took 2 more days and none of it was covered under warranty.... read more
MOSSY MOTORS IS A SCAM!!! Pleaseeeee do NOT get your car from Mossy Motors! Go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle!!! Somewhere that actually cares about YOU and not JUST YOUR MONEY! I paid so much money for a vehicle that they sold me. 1 month later it had so many problems like the battery not working, the coolant engine needing to be replaced, the car lock not working, and all of that would’ve totaled $5000+ dollars. Just finished up my second time having my car worked on after fender benders and they're super great! They communicate well, work fast, and are just pleasant to work with. They helped me even past my pick-up date and made sure my vehicle and I were good to go. Thanks, Mossy team!!
I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment with this service department. After fighting 9am traffic with my daughter to get here, we were told our scheduled oil change would take 4 to 5 hours. My first oil change is free and they can keep it.
