Good estimate on vehicle damage.
Very good customer service thanks to manager Mike Gonzales.
They broke several tabs on various rain seals on my vehicle. Was told they would call me when my vehicle was ready. They didn’t. I had to pay the additional fee for a rental because they called the insurance company and said it was ready without calling me. When I returned to inspect the vehicle I pointed out that the seals were broken. I was told that he would order it and call me when it was ready. I’ve never received a call and it’s been months. Called a couple times but was on hold forever.
I do not recommend. Terrible communication and did not assist. In fact they failed to repair vehicle and gave it back with damage. Never fixed.
