They broke several tabs on various rain seals on my vehicle. Was told they would call me when my vehicle was ready. They didn’t. I had to pay the additional fee for a rental because they called the insurance company and said it was ready without calling me. When I returned to inspect the vehicle I pointed out that the seals were broken. I was told that he would order it and call me when it was ready. I’ve never received a call and it’s been months. Called a couple times but was on hold forever.
I do not recommend. Terrible communication and did not assist. In fact they failed to repair vehicle and gave it back with damage. Never fixed.
Consummate professionals from the moment I walked in the door. I am a travel nurse who damaged my car one week before my contract ended and they got my parts and had me fixed and ready to go home on time. Friendly, courteous, competent and professional staff! Highly recommend for any of your auto repair needs in the New Orleans area! 5 stars!
I took my car in after an auto accident and I was initially hesitant based on the reviews. HOWEVER, I had a decent experience with the Mossy team, which is why I am wroting this one. I dropped my car off for the estimate. And he noticed something I had not, which was a gash in my tire. He prevented a much bigger disaster by taking my car off the streets at that time.
