Really disappointed in the service I received here.Nobody has any idea what’s going on and the customer service is terrible. Getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. They said they would call me once they assessed the damage on my car and never did.2 stars because the receptionist was kind but other than that I would never recommend this place.

They broke several tabs on various rain seals on my vehicle. Was told they would call me when my vehicle was ready. They didn’t. I had to pay the additional fee for a rental because they called the insurance company and said it was ready without calling me. When I returned to inspect the vehicle I pointed out that the seals were broken. I was told that he would order it and call me when it was ready. I’ve never received a call and it’s been months. Called a couple times but was on hold forever.
