Saturday 8/14/26 am I stopped by the parts department because my key fob for my 2017 Honda Civic had become very slow to lock and unlock the vehicle. Since I live nearby, I stopped in simply to purchase a replacement battery. All I needed was a new battery for the remote. However, the employee at the counter told me that I needed an entirely new remote that would have to be programmed, at an additional cost in the $300 range. I take my civic there for maintenance and the work is always good. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is pleasant and supplied with drink and snacks. It's always a pleasure.
