I bought a used transmission there on sept. 5, 2014. Kathy assured me there was a 30 day warranty on it. Well when my mechanic installed it the reverse did not work. I spoke with Warren and after several days he told me he would not honor the warranty because I did not take it to a transmission specialist!! He even spoke to my mechanic who told him everything that had been done and bought (hoses,seals,filters and fluid) I have the receipts!! Poor service. They get your money and promise you parts but they never call you back and when you call them back they have a list of excuses. Stay away from them!
these people are very rude,and will not keep there word,if your looking for used parts go to greenleaf in crestview fl,there great people and they will work with you to make shure the part fits before buying...goodluck
