My daughter’s car was repaired by Mossy Collision. We had a great experience! A new door had to be ordered to repair the damage. The door was on back order from the manufacturer and we didn’t know how long it was going to take. Charms kept us updated consistently, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with how the damage was repaired!
Excellent service. They work with enterprise rental company, and with our insurance company. It was the easiest repair I’ve ever made! Very friendly people and they even helped me with my child car seats because unless you’re an engineer, There’s no figuring those things out!
