From the moment I dropped my car off to get fixed, Charms made the process the easiest possible for me. She kept me informed every day to keep me abreast of the progress being made. I had a horrible experience with this place. I was told (lied to) by Nissan Collision employee J. Stalcup. He told me that my car would be shuttled up to the Collision Center from Mossy Nissan (I assumed on a flatbed), instead, Mr. Stalcup himself DROVE my car all the way to Escondido from Mossy Nissan without my permission, wasting my gas and putting wear and tear on my car! He even pushed my dashcam up and away from the road so that I couldn't review the video of him driving my car, which tells me he probably drove my car ... read more
