The work itself seems to be done properly, but this was one of the most frustrating service experiences I have had. What should have been a simple door replacement took three weeks with poor communication and shifting timelines. I had to keep following up because no one reached out when promised. I recently had need for Mossy Collision after having my car hit by a visitor to San Diego. At Mossy Toyota, I met with estimator, Nelson Ibanez. Nelson was extremely helpful as well as experienced at working with various Insurance companies and at what point they like to total vehicles. While the damage was slight (primarily cosmetic) it was expensive as it included the passenger side rear door, 1/4 panel and bumper which all needed body work.
