If you are thinking about renting a unit here, think again. The only good thing I enjoyed the 3 months I rented here was the A/C was very cold. The floor has lots of soft spots and you need to be careful where you walk. First time they had to come into trailer for inspection and clean vents, one of the workers took it amongst themselves to open my refrigerator and tale a 20oz drink.
