Terrible, I stayed here for 3 months and the pipe system clogged up 7 times, they said it was because the past owners mistreated the pipes, knowing that they still put us in the unit and they never fixed them , there were times where we couldn’t shower or wash clothes. After all that; they still raised out rent up $350 dollars
Lot of varmints, cats and roaches. The roaches love the chemicals they use for extermination, I think it’s roach viagra since the population explodes a week or so after treatment. Trailers are old and floors soft and spongy. Cabinets and countertops are worn and marked with years of use. They have a great maintenance and office staff and respond promptly to problems, but they don’t have good bones to work with. I was there for over a year, rent went up twice. We were just visiting and couldn’t help but notice how quiet and scenic it is. The pond adds so much to the beauty of the property, and fishing there was one of our favorite parts. It’s a really calming place to spend time.
