Great staff the work together as a team.....The third floor nurrses and aides are maaaarveloos...
Experience mixed. My first therapist was pretty useless for me. She did not individualize her approach for someone with severe back pain while working on rotator cuffs. My new therapist is first rate. Here is why I would give the facility one star. My doc here prescribed wrist/thumb splints. He prefers the short style that is shaped to individual fit at the facility. I spent two hours with the therapist (should have been 30 minutes!) and when I got home they were too painful to wear.
