Love the staff here so much, particularly Kelly. She was so sweet and helpful, always professional. Highly recommend this facility! Oh! And a free parking garage!
This place is awesome. Cardiac rehab PT team is just great. Very caring, helpful, friendly, and patient. The girls in the office are also very friendly and helpful..if you need Cardiac rehab, this is certainly the place to get the help you need.
What an incredible experience my son has had in the short 3-4 months he has been seeing Alyssa his speech therapist here a Moss. Person on the phone is rude as hell. Kept calling (numerous times) when I was in a business meeting asking if I wanted to reschedule... no I don’t want to reschedule or come in at a different time because other people are canceling due to the snow. I have a time, I’m able to keep that time - don’t threaten to not allow me in if I won’t reschedule. I don’t care if they want to leave the office early or whatever because of the bad weather.
My experience with the therapists had been great. Scheduling at all of Einstein is a real challenge.
