Knowledgeable and caring. Great bedside manners.
Vet clinic cares when you are there and attending the practice. However if you leave and call to request information regarding your dog they cared for they'll pretty much ignor you until you've wasted so much time in pushing them to provide the information you require. I've relocated and this was my experience. You'll also see how they reply. They twist the words around, not taking any accountability of their actions. HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND. Really great service but never replies to emails for my dogs information and my new vet in WA was unable to receive my dogs file. So that was slightly a hindrance. my reply: i haven't had any trouble with the new vet they're quite professional. I personally tried to get my dogs file from your clinic in Mossman and i was struggled off. i believe that you are providing professional care and does not matter how much time goes you should still be able to send my dogs file to me or the enquiring vet clinic. disappointing that you... read more
