Waited total of two and one half hours without being seen. Acute GI symptoms. Initial nursing staff was kind. After 2 hours 15 min was told that the one patient being seen in the ED may need to be shipped to a different hospital. No timeframe offered.
Awesome doctor Sue Anastasios and her staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Can't thank them enough for helping us out with our son last night and this morning. Highly recommend their services and expertise.
Amazing staff
On Wed 4 July I was delivered by ambulance to the Mossman Hospital with a severe nose bleed. We had just arrived in Pt Douglas from Adelaide hoping to enjoy the beautiful Queensland weather and hospitality. The attention I received immediately upon my arrival was absolutely outstanding.
