Unexpected visit to the ED while on holiday. Fantastic staff, very quick to be attended to and they were all very professional and great to interact with. One ED nurse in particular, Hannah, was outstanding. Great attention to detail and very efficient while maintaining a great sense of humour.

Needed after hour’s emergency care first night/morning of our week stay at Port Douglas, from the time the door opened 1am I knew I was going to get the care I needed, between the Dr & nurses that attended to my needs were outstanding, they were concerned with my health right up until a more senior dr came on at 8am to make sure what they did for me was okay. They also gave me a number to an acupuncturist and thankfully he had a cancellation the following day that has also relieved my back pain.
