Waited for 2 hrs in ER without anyone checking my condition, when I asked for time estimate doctor was very rude and made me feel even worse. Avoid if you can
Holidaying from Melbourne and presented with appendicitis on a Thursday. Excellent care. Transferred to Cairns Friday. Operated Saturday morning. Cannot speak highly enough of both hospitals. Visited Mossman hospital day five after operation and once again received prompt excellent care.
On caravan holiday from Gold Coast - presented at Casualty with badly swollen ankle after a fall - Excellent attention from Receptionist - quick assessment from Nurse Nat and same from Doctor Issac - had X-ray to eliminate break and given pain killer - fantastic service all round - Thanks Everyone
My grandpa had accidentally amputated his hand and we were sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours before we could go into the ER. While there was people going inside just because they had a cough or a headache. Do not come here and its just better off going to Cairns
