On caravan holiday from Gold Coast - presented at Casualty with badly swollen ankle after a fall - Excellent attention from Receptionist - quick assessment from Nurse Nat and same from Doctor Issac - had X-ray to eliminate break and given pain killer - fantastic service all round - Thanks Everyone
My grandpa had accidentally amputated his hand and we were sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours before we could go into the ER. While there was people going inside just because they had a cough or a headache. Do not come here and its just better off going to Cairns

Speed of a snail when presenting to emergency. Multiple times over a year and a half that it has been better off going to cairns than waiting around at mossman to get their shit together. Mental health issues? Don’t bother, they think that you are faking it until you get fed up and dismiss yourself, or a worse option they just don’t care.
