I ordered a wreath for my mum's celebration of life and the service I received was beautiful. The wreath was stunning. Flowers were fresh and full of colour.
Honestly after paying almost $137 for a deluxe bouquet what my son’s girlfriend received for her 18th birthday is truly disgraceful and 100% isn’t worth the amount of money I spent the roses weren’t fresh they were brown on the edges and looked half dead! I bought the flowers through what I thought was Mossman floral boutique but they were sent through Petals floral network. I ordered a bunch of sunflowers from Goldcoast over the phone for my mother, the service was incredible and the florist had alot of character. The flowers were delivered to my mum within twenty minutes and she was delighted (she cried)
They offer purchasing via internet "Petals" network, but do not deliver same day, that Petals offer. Just total waste of time. When I called the shop, the lady told me that "she's not Petals"... Petals of course will refund the money, but it "will take time...". It was supposed to be birthday surprise... now ruined. I will never step in this business, even that I'm local.
