RecommendedAaron is fabulous! He helped us find and design a couch from Southern Motion that I am in love with. He has been more than accommodating when we hit snags and has done his best to help us find a mattress that works for us. Exchanges have been a breeze. We were treated very well, and got a great deal on our new bed!
We purchased 2 leather chairs that quickly disappointed. Mossholders picked them up on Dec 2nd and we were told we would get a call in a couple of days for repair timeline. After first week we stopped in and they had not even looked at them or give us any idea of how long they would have them. We would not recommend Mossholders to anyone.
They treat you like gold! Best experience shopping for furniture that we’ve ever had!
