Shout out to Max for great customer service and follow through. He got back to me promptly and was very easy to work with. Definitely would suggest to others.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Their tenants in Rancho have been causing issues for the neighbors and they won't do anything about it. From excessive noise, trash, dog bites, to drugs and disrespecting property of others. We have contacted Max several times and nothing changes. When asked how to resolve the matter, he is defensive and instead of resolving issues, he continues to let it get worse.
Mossglen is the property management company to have as a landlord. Extremely responsive and they have a great app / online platform for payments & maintenance. If you can rent through them do it.
I've messaged them a couple times now with no response. I was trying to get information on their services and what they think but they never reached out to me.
We own a rental that Alex and Max manage. They have found great tenants, and are highly detailed. Our house is inspected on a regular schedule, and any maintenance reported by the tenants has been handled quickly and efficiently. They have a great network of vendors they work with as well. Highly recommend.
