MossAcres.com is under NEW MANAGEMENT. We apologize for what happened this last year before we took over and are aware that a number of orders did not ship. The previous owners moved and trusted their moss collectors to ship orders. That was a mistake and many orders did not ship out. Previous owners authorized us to ship the old orders against a credit and we have been doing that. 90% of orders now ship within 48 hours. I, like a lot of other people, had some bad experiences with the previous owners of Moss Acres. However, the new owners, specifically, Gilles, our whole new generation. I have gotten excellent service, my shipments have been sent out immediately. I received them in a timely fashion, and they were spectacular. Much better than the shipments that I was getting from Moss Acres previous owner,and eventually was not getting at all. Gilles has been responsive, and responsible and personally packed. I did not receive my order and called 4 times regarding it. I never received a call back. I left an email message and received no response. WTH. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS NEGLECTFUL COMPANY.
