Purchased a new car from this dealership. Sales teams are friendly and good. Not pushy towards a sale. Service centre is ok for now for car servicing. But my experience is horrible with their aftermarket products. Have issues with the dashcam, have placed in a request multiple times (13th, 15th, and 22nd of May 2026), all with promises that someone will get in touch to get it looked at. On 29th December my 6 year old VW Tiguan was stalling everytimr I was moving gear from P to D or R. The car was towed to Moss Vale motor group. Tim from the call centre booked me in straight away as it was urgent as i was on holidays from Sydney. At the Service centre Dale was the representative who looked after me. He understood the situation and said they will look into the issue in between booked work and if it's a simple fix it will be done today else it will take longer. Would like to commend Dale from the service side of things; was very helpful and approachable with the questions I had with our family vehicle, I would recommend asking for him either on phone or in dealership, doesn’t hurt that they serve coffee as well.
