FRIENDLY/FAMILY ATMOSPHERE I have always been able to go into the store with whatever project and the floor person was able to help me.Sometimes I find myself in there three or four times in a day and yet everyone is as friendly as the first time. Continuous Customer Service Neither I nor my husband has ever been in this store when the service was not absolutely remarkable. Far and above better than 99% of all other businesses I've ever been to. They could give lessons to Wal-Mart! The store is always clean, well-organized and I don't ever have to "hunt" for what I want. I wish there were more businesses all over the US who had this kind of work ethic.
Very nice folks. The people at TrueValue always seem to have the knowledge of how to do something that I am trying to tackle. They have been invaluable at times. There is always a good selection of the items I need in stock. Really nice folks, too.
The Best Customer Service / Repairman When You go here You will Find the best customer service They are always nice and friendly and very helpful ask for Wally in my opinion the BEST REPAIRMAN In Taylor very informative and able to help anyway he can , if he cant help you on the certain things they dont carry at the store he will even take it home and work on it .
