Takes time and is personal with patients, genuinely cares about people and has a level of excellence you often don't get from primary care doctors. Above all, listens to patients and supports them getting whatever they need. Dr. Moss is great!!!!

Dr. Moss is such a caring and compassionate doctor. Her staff is amazing as well! I know her rates went up a bit this past year but in all honesty, you pay for what you get. She’s locked in, smart as heck and really makes you feel seen and heard. There are a few jerks giving her business a one star review because of the price increase but believe me when I say it is worth every penny to have such a personalized experience.
I've been a patient of Dr Moss since 2018 and have had a great experience overall. However after this latest experience I had I feel the need to share it so others don't go through what I went through. We received an email that starting in 2025 the monthly price would go up from $100 to $150. At my last appointment in November, I told Dr Moss that due to me no longer being employed I would not be coming back as a patient in January. Dr. Moss is an excellent Dr. She has been seeing my son for well over a year and has provided excellent comprehensive care. I see several negative reviews penalizing her for not taking insurance. All of this is accurately explained on her website. I pay 50$ a month. That (in my opinion) is a steal. She will see you as often as needed and only charges the 50$ per month for 18 and under. It is worth it to have a Dr who doesn’t rush you out or make you wait and hour to be seen. Her office staff are pretty great as well.
