I had moved to a different company because I didn't feel as though I was treated with the respect I deserve. Unfortunately on my third visit, she made some very derogatory remarks towards me which were not related to the IUD. I felt it was inappropriate and out of context for her to say the things she did. I was also in pain and she refused to remove it for "medical reasons". I sent her a letter outlining my feelings with regards to her behavior towards me about a year or so later.
I highly recommend Dr. Moss for Immigration Medical Examination. She is very professional, kind, friendly, accommodating, and family-oriented person. After the physical examination, she thoroughly explained the next processes (blood tests, x-ray, and submission of medical results to IRCC). Same goes with all the medical staffs, they are all helpful, especially to Luisa who assisted me from booking an appointment, pre-medical examination, up until to getting the medical results. Dr Moss was amazing with my wife and I.We were going through a Medical exam for the government. She explained everything with details and in a easy way to make sure we could understand all.
