Phenominal! It was so hot in our house and our hvac is pretty old so we were expecting to have to replace it. Nope! Spoke to Patrick and Fred. Fred sent Tommy out the same day and he fixed it that evening! Said we should have another few years with this system. They treated us with kindness, integrity and honesty. Called 1/16 and they replaced a new heater system on 1/17. Great services, on time and very reasonable above all others. 6/23/ 25 call at 9 am they can out at 1 pm and my AC is pumping… Thank you Thomas for today 6/23/25

Moss Mechanical recently installed a second AC until at my house. Freddie was responsive and upfront about the cost of the unit from the very beginning. Tommy and Joe who did the installation were knowledgeable about their work, respectful of the house, and cleaned up perfectly after the install. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Freddie at Moss Mechanical late on a Saturday night when my AC wasn’t working properly. He responded quickly and had someone out first thing the next morning. They diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process.
