My AC stopped cooling and Moss Mechanical answered my call late into the afternoon. Setting up an appointment was easy and hassle free. The technician called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and also serviced my refrigerant. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He even let me be the annoying customer who watched while he worked. I would recommend this company to others

Moss Mechanical is incredibly professional and prompt in their replies. Pregnant wife at home and the AC went in the heat of summer. Quick and efficient system replacement at a great price. Cannot recommend their services enough!

Had an issue with our AC at 9pm. Contacted Moss Mechanical via text shortly thereafter. They made an appointment for us for the next morning. Their technician, Tom, arrived by 8am and had our issue solved before 9am. Now that's what I call service! I would highly recommend Moss Mechanical to anyone in need of HVAC service. Thanks Tom for your promptness, professionalism and knowledge!

Phenominal! It was so hot in our house and our hvac is pretty old so we were expecting to have to replace it. Nope! Spoke to Patrick and Fred. Fred sent Tommy out the same day and he fixed it that evening! Said we should have another few years with this system. They treated us with kindness, integrity and honesty.
