I've lived at Moss Landing for 3 years now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. In all that time, I’ve never had any issues, whether it’s maintenance, neighbors, or overall living conditions. The new management team here is simply amazing. They’ve made so many positive changes to the community and truly go above and beyond for all of us residents... Moss Landing is awesome! New management is friendly, and the maintenance team is quick and helpful. I’ve referred a few friends, and we’ve all had a great experience with no issues so far ( it has been a year lol) . Plus, it’s affordable compared to other spots in the area soooo, a win is a win!
If I Can Give Zero Stars I Would!! This Place Sucks So Much. This New Management Is So Horrible. I Would Not Recommend Nobody To Stay Here It’s Infested With Roaches. The Property Manager Adel I Believe Her Name Is She’s So Damn Rude And Troy Which Is The Other Person He Don’t Care About The Tents.! They Just Don’t Care Period They Don’t Need No New Tents This Apartment Just Needs To Be Shutdown Period!
I would give O stars if possible. My daughter lived here. There was a backup of sewer from another unit in her building. They let the waste water dry into her carpet and a week later came to clean the carpet without lifting it, that is the ONLY thing they did in over 60 days. There was visible black mold and my daughter got sick to the point she was sneezing up blood and had tightening in her chest and mine when I stayed there once overnight. We asked to be let out of the lease and had Dr's Notice and they refused. The joke ... read more
Only rating 1 star because I can’t rate 0. This place does NOT care about their residents whatsoever. They will let you live with mold, roaches, etc & when work orders are put in, they’ll mark them as complete without even stepping foot into your apartment unit. Trash is constantly piling up in and around the dumpsters and nothing is done about it. If you need to talk to the manager about something she is uncomfortable discussing with you, she will refuse to speak to you. Cops are there CONSTANTLY - do with that as you will.... read more
