We had a generator and new electrical panel installed. It was a very complicated job done with efficiently with the best customer service. Questions, concerns were dealt with immediately. Phone calls were handled by the amazingly patient Miclella.. Service was immediate. .. when a problem arose due to our ignorance 2 electricians arrived within minutes of our call. I would highly recommend Moss Electric
tl;dr Provided acceptable service for basic electrical work, would not trust with a larger project. The technician was very knowledgeable, however the owner was unprofessional, and I will not do business with them again. I asked them to come by and quote for some work on my house. One of the projects was more in depth and I asked if they had done it before. The owner said "we've done X number of these this week." I had an electrical problem in my kitchen and was recommended Moss Electric. Electrician came out the same day and was able to fix the problem super fast!! Very reasonably priced, too. I will definitely call them again for my future needs.
So I'm normally a do it yourself kind of guy, but I have found myself busier than normal lately. With the cold weather coming in soon I decided to bring my hot tub out of hibernation. As luck would have it I was having trouble getting power to the hottub. I checked all the simple/common problems to no avail. I finally broke down and called the professionals because I simply didnt have time to figure it out myself. Moss electric was able to come get it checked out and fixed in just a few days!
Moss Electrical came highly recommended by several friends. They do a great job. It’s always nice to have an electrician who will show up on time and do a high quality job for a great price! If you have an electrical loss be sure to call Moss!
