Love this salon and their work! I have curly hair so finding a place that can work on my hair without damaging it or charging a fortune is hard around here but Moss did wonder with my hair! I was able to get curly extensions as well and they blend beautifully!
I’ve tried a few different stylists here since my usual person left, but the service has gone downhill. Sierra did my last cut, and it wasn’t what I asked for it lacked volume and she kept pushing for a much shorter style than I was comfortable with. Most frustrating, however, is their billing policy. If you cancel last minute because anything can come up you will get charged the full price of the service for an appointment. Long time client of Mia’s and love working with her! She is professional, punctual and her services are top notch! She uses good quality products and knows her craft. Also, the ambiance at Moss is very nice and I particularly appreciate the convenient location.
Ellie is very personable and has given me the best haircuts in my life!
I used to get my hair done here and I like the results and the place was clean however I made an appointment with the owner and she never showed for the appointment.
