I live in Kentucky and my sis lives in Tennessee. They did exactly what I asked, and were very helpful. My sister loved the arrangement and that's what I wanted.
ordered a custom bouquet to be delivered for valentine’s day. Specifically requested lily's and tulips and got mainly roses and a bunch of greenery. Looked just like a bush with a couple of pink flowers here and there. Lily's weren’t even opened in the bouquet and most of the flowers were on the verge of dying. Will not be ordering from this florist again.
