The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands and products they carry. They were happy to take their time to help us test and compare a variety of beds and toppers and they were respectful of (and didn’t try to push the boundaries of) the budget we came in with. We got a wool mattress topper here and it is heavenly. Cute little store and great service! Highly recommend if looking for natural and local wool products.
Bought a savvy rest latex mattress from Moss Envy several years ago and it still feels great. Many pillows, comforters, and sheets later we still find this a terrific place to shop.
We had a great experience buying a new mattress from Moss Envy! Their showroom is really nice and the staff members were very helpful as we tried a variety of mattresses and mattress toppers. It was very easy to get in touch with the store. The first mattress we had delivered ended up being the wrong size, and the staff at Moss Envy was very efficient and helpful in reaching out to the manufacturer and solving the issue. I highly recommend this store!
