Friendly assistive staff. Quality products. Grabbed a wool topper which added comfort to my bed & so far has not been hot.
The customer service at Moss Envy has been phenomenal. They are so friendly and helpful, and I'm excited to get my mattresses!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands and products they carry. They were happy to take their time to help us test and compare a variety of beds and toppers and they were respectful of (and didn’t try to push the boundaries of) the budget we came in with.
