I was initially very happy with both the dentist and hygienist here—professional, friendly, and skilled. However, I was extremely disappointed when I had to cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances at work and was still charged a $300 fee! Despite my efforts to explain and rebook, there was no willingness to understand or show any flexibility. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my trust in their practice, and I can no longer support this business.

Dr Moss and her team have taken exceptional care of my teeth. They're always thorough and professional, making sure I'm aware of all my options and explaining everything in a clear way if anything needs to be done. I've been very happy with all their work they've done, and trust them. Plus, everyone is really friendly and great to be around. Highly recommend!
