In 2024, Moss B&D built an addition of about 680 ft2 over our garage and Family Room. They worked with us to design the addition, with attention to fixtures and livability issues with lots of suggestions and a 3D house model for comparison. The addition was a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, wood floors, picture window with overhead accent window, two walk-in closets, a small office/nursery room, a large bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, air jacuzzi tub, and counter with 2 nice sinks. The most important thing to us was a dramatically updated kitchen to fit with the unique design and architecture of our home. This included complex structural elements and innovative design elements. Moss went above and beyond - completing extra work when other contractors from other companies failed. We gave Moss a lot of feed back along the way and they executed everything to meet our high standards. We would definitely choose Moss in the future and highly recommend them as a contractor.
The Moss Team recently completed a handicapped accessible project involving turning a first floor bedroom and small powder and mudroom into a first floor bedroom En Suite. Early on the Moss team met with myself and family members to listen to our decisions and develop a plan and schedule. Working with Moss on our project was a great experience. They were able to look at our needs and make suggestions that both accomplished our goals and avoided unnecessary expense. On top of that, everyone with Moss, from top to bottom, were pleasant to work with and considerate of our time and their impact on our day to day life. We began working with MOSS before we even bought our house. I leaned on Ben Gaston (sales rep) to get a realistic renovation cost of fixer uppers we were looking to buy. We ended up getting out bid but our experience with Ben was so great we called him back more than 6 months later when our offer was accepted on another home.
