Amazing service! Stephen Sanchez was my service advisor and he was wonderful! Super helpful, clear, concise and to the point! Very friendly, didn’t try to oversell me on anything and was very professional! The shuttle ride was very pleasant and Lynette was a wonderful driver! Definitely will be coming back again!
I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I just want to share my good experience and give a shout out to my advisor Stephen Ramirez. He did a good job keeping me updated on my car and gave me the whole run down of everything they would be doing. And his customer service was amazing!! Thank you!!!
Excellent service. Service Consultant Gilberto Dominguez is always so informative, helpful and accommodating.
UPDATE: They did a good job servicing, and they provided a video link as they were doing the inspection under the vehicle (with commentary). That was cool. In addition, our service agent Brent was courteous, understanding, and professional. I'll upgrade to 3 stars with the hopes that this was just a busy Friday and I just happened to have bad luck that day. ORIGINAL POST: --- Checked in my vehicle for service at 10am. Returned 3 hours later at 1pm, and it hasn't even been pulled up. UNACCEPTABLE.
Gilbert is hands down excellent service advisor. Professional and well timely matter.
