Horrible service. I was there just to drop off my truck for an appointment the next day. I arrived at 1130am and left at 3pm. JUST TO DROP OFF MY TRUCK! Advisors kept skipping me and a few to their cars. I had to say something so they can take my truck and the person next to me because they kept skipping us. My first time taking my truck there and the last. I’d rather drive far to another dealership.
Terrible customer service they only provide service if you buy! After you buy customer service is non existent

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I just want to share my good experience and give a shout out to my advisor Stephen Sanchez. He did a good job keeping me updated on my car and gave me the whole run down of everything they would be doing. And his customer service was amazing!! Thank you!!!
