Went for a 12 month toyota care and had an appointment at 10:40, was there for four for it just for oil and tire rotation. More than half way home I found out that my wheel lock was not back in its bag. Got home to look where they put to couldnt find it. Called and after two hours of calling and waiting said that I didnt have one in the car to begin with. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Toyota dealership's service department. I purchased my vehicle late in the evening, and because everything was closed, I was told to come back the next day to have my car washed and the gas tank filled. I did exactly as instructed, but the process was very disorganized. I waited a long time just to be helped. When they returned my keys, they told me the gas tank had been filled, but when I got into my car, the fuel gauge was still on empty. They had to take my keys back ... read more
Shout out to Rick Anderson, my service advisor. He is always very detailed in what he does. He makes sure he answers all of my questions thoroughly. As well as makes follow ups to ensure everything is working well with my vehicle.
I would like to sincerely thank Adrian and Johnny for everything they did for my car. I have visited many Toyota service centers across the United States, but I have never experienced this level of professionalism and courtesy. Their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. They took care of my battery, brakes, and several other issues with great efficiency and care.
