The hornet is cool
If I could give half a star I would. First, they incorrectly reinstalled my skid plate after an oil change. I was leaving for a cross country trip to Illinois. About an hour after my departure, the skid plate started dragging on the ground. I then, after my trip, came back for another oil change along with replacing my AC bearing. They kept my car ALL DAY. I took my 2015 Ram 2500 to Moss Bros San Bernardino for Recall 67A. Two weeks later, the check engine light came on. They said they had to add DEF and re-test — and kept my truck 18 days just for that. The service manager, Tony Rodriguez, gave poor communication and even hinted at extra charges for completing the diagnostic drive cycle. They finally gave it back with the emissions monitors still incomplete. Very disappointing service.
