I bought my truck there a few years ago. Overall, a good experience. I was able to get pretty much everything I wanted on the truck, and I got a good deal at the time. I will say that the RAM trucks are an excellent quality, and I'm able to do everything I need it to do. I looked at the Fords and Chevys, and there's just something about the RAM with the Hemi that is very appealing.
I am documenting my experience with Moss Bros. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Riverside regarding a recall service, as I believe I was misled and financially impacted due to inaccurate information provided by their staff. Be aware of this dealer. I had my own financing with altura credit union and mentioned to the. Several times I wanted to stay with them and they re run my credit and sent me with a different lender. Salesperson didn't listen to my request. Very upsetting.
No satisfied at all. I'm a business owner, own 2 homes and 1 vehicle out right and have A1 credit. Bought a diesel Ram extentnded cab as well as a Jeep Grand Cherokee fully loaded at the same time. I've had my Cherokee 2 years now and wanted to traded in for a Wagoneer but they dont want to work any deal with me. Its ok, I'll go to another Jeep dealer next time.
