I took my cherokee this week, made an appointment for 9 am, they said they will give me a response same day or next, I waited , no-one called, so I asked next day, my car was still "in lane" to get checked. I was there for one reason, to reprogram the car, 3rd day no response, they couldn't find anything... of course, when I bought it they checked the car and no code appeared, just the recommendation to reprogram (is a hybrid), well 4th day 7am I went to get my car, no diagnosis, no nothing. I'm countimg three stars like giving them a C. They passed... but it wasn't great. Took my car in because the check engine light was on and we couldn't pass a smog inspection like that. They had the car for almost two weeks and couldn't ever figure out why it was on. Eventually it just stopped coming on so we got the car back. The communication during that time wasn't great.
