I took my car into have Moss Brothers for a diagnosis. They had it for a week and a half and could not duplicate the problem. My car just stops running dead on the freeway in the middle of the freeway it stops running and loses all power. Their mechanic couldn't duplicate the problem even though he had it for a week and a half and said he drove it over a hundred miles. Manny in the service department is amazing!!!!! Had a recall on a jeep, got me in at 7am, I was done with the recall check at 7:30! Perfection! That’s great customer experience
The service manager Josh needs serious customer service skills! I have brought my car into this dealership for the same problem (a long start). They could not duplicate the issue on several occasions and threw a few parts to resolve. I have a warranty and everytime I brought it to the shop they charged me 100 bucks to cover the CO payment (4 x as that is how many times I brought it in for the same problem).
