I wanted to believe that they have good service but definitely NO, I went to do a prepaid oil change for my new truck ,that I purchased from Norco Dealership and they started acting dumb like my last name is wrong, and I don’t see it on the system, they do that because they wanted me to pay for the service instead of using my prepaid.
