I was trying to use a local business to purchase an outdoor building. Was given one price when I arrived for a particular building. When I sat down to write the check to purchase, the price was increased by $735 more than was quoted. No apology, just....nope this is the price. I asked if they could give me discount for paying cash (and because they increased the price in a matter of 20 minutes) and was told no, they don't do that. We really enjoy the carport and storage building we purchased from Mrs. Pat. The building and carport we ordered came in exactly as we ordered it and sooner than was expected. The delivery crew also furnished all the concrete blocks and anchors needed to level and anchor building. A very nice family to do business with.
