Great experience with my first wax. Susan is kind and welcoming, and I found the waxing process nearly painless! Just wanted to add that I’ve come back several times since then, and Susan is my go-to waxer for life! I’m in a fat body and she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole process and my weight is a non-issue, and that really makes me feel safe and cared for.

I've been going to moss for over three years now, and I can say confidently this is the best place I've been to get a wax. At first, I would see Rhonda before she moved out of state, but now have been seeing Susan, who is also an absolutely amazing waxer. She is good at what she does, professional, and always has given me much better results than anywhere else I've been. Saw Susan regularly for waxing services for about a year and had a really good experience and results every time! She is professional, fun to talk to, and great at what she does. Was very sad to be moving out of state but she gave me great tips on what to look for when searching for another waxing specialist.
