Hate to give a very negative review for a small business but it’s not fair to only compliment businesses as it doesn’t honestly portray a company. This firm only has 9 reviews and perhaps this is why. This outfit came for a bid and when I asked about building costs and labor, he became rude and obnoxious. Moss and Madder did an amazing job on our deck build/remodel. They were able to see my vision and make it come true. They were able to work with me on materials and costs so that I didn't have to compromise my vision, and they delivered as promised. Aaron is one of the nicest guys, and he really wants to make sure all the details are right. What more could you ask for?
We have used Moss and Matter Builders for a number of projects here at our home and really appreciate their ability to pull in experts to create solutions for us. We have an extremely customized home due to my high spinal cord injury. Aaron is at the top of our list when we need to get something handled.
I have had these guys on multiple projects and they always do a great job, always super responsive and helpful and their main goal is to make the client feel satisfied and the project turn out great!
