😔 The worst experience after a long history of going here for oil changes. AJ and Kendra unfortunately don't know how to take good care of the customer when it comes to admitting wrong-doing. Moss Alley is struggling in COVID and as a result, they are dialing up the labor charges on the service to collect more from their customers without performing valid work or requested work.
