The MosquitoNix team is great, super responsive by text and when I had a service need Alex came out to my house two times in one day to help me resolve the issue. Great company!
Jairo came out to get us up and running for the year. He was awesome. Both WiFi and electric outlet turned out to be issues. He was amazing and fast. We’ve enjoyed our outdoors ever since we selected MisquitoNix over 5 years ago. Thanks Jairo and team!
Signed up for monthly service, which they said they would be out every 25 days. Now going on 36 days and they haven't showed up! Empty drum and plenty of bugs. About the 3rd time having an empty drum. System works good when the drums are filled. Note: They said they will fix the schedule so it won't happen again. I will wait and see. If they do what they say they will do, will change the 3 stars. Additional Note: They still haven't improved and have failed to honor contract, so reduced to 1 star.
