I wish I could do no stars. 2 out of 3 applications they didn’t spray my entire property despite charging me half an acre. The second time they sprayed they only did the parameter of my house not even the surrounding of the backyard. You would think after the first time they didn’t complete it they would have made a note on the account Maybe it’s poor communication throughout the company who knows but they should fix it. Waste of money. Sent them video proof the first time it happened and still happened for a second time.
Although the product itself was surprisingly amazing and worked fantastic - consistent service was a huge issue. We have a large property and paid an additional steep fee, in total upfront to have the entire lot treated. The first visit was amazing and the bugs were gone. The remaining visits were far less than satisfactory (we have cameras on the property so we can see where they went) and I believe that the people just did what they would normally do and not the extent of the property we paid for. We live in the middle of 10 acres of hardwood bush and the mosquitos are so bad we could barely go outside. After the first spray we have seen only a handful of mosquitos, happy with the product and the service. Techs are quick and friendly and appointments are seamless.
I am using this service for 3 years and while at first I was a bit skeptical, I couldn't believe how well it works-it is working like a miracle!!! Very pleased with the effectiveness of Mosquito Buzz applications. We are now able to enjoy the outdoors at the cottage.
