I am giving one star because their guys are super professional and polite but their product could not eradicate a few carpenter bees. Wasted over $300 for what? I emailed to express my complete disappointment and someone finally called me back, some area manager, who was completely indifferent to my situation. He questioned me on what happened and when I told him all their product did was managed to help kill some ants outside (since the tech sprayed the entire deck) this guy thought that was worth the $300 I spent. I am giving one star because their guys are super professional and polite but their product could not eradicate a few carpenter bees. Wasted over $300 for what? I even emailed to express my complete disappointment but no one could be bothered to reply or offer any sort of semblance of giving a dam. And yes I wholeheartedly believe I deserve a full refund. I paid for a service that failed to deliver so what did I pay for???
The team at Mosquito Man has been amazing. Their service was great and getting our lawn sprayed allowed us to enjoy our backyard free of flying insects. Looking forward to enjoying their service again this summer
