Have been Mosquito Joe customers for 2 years. Appreciate the day before reminder and the day of notice of expected arrival time. Tony treated our yard this morning. Very professional. He spoke with me upon arrival and asked how he could address any issues we have. He sent a text message upon completing the service advising how and what was treated and left a contact # should I have any questions. Very pleased with the service Tony and the other techs have given.
Tony was excellent today. Asked about any needs or issues. Adjusted his service to our leaving schedule. Expressed genuine care and empathy about my dog that passed this week. Great service.
