We did an event spray 48 hours prior to having a gathering in our backyard, not one person had a mosquito issue. They have been a nuisance all summer long. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
I am still in shock over how stressful and frustrating it was to work with this company. I called them for two separate incidents and their communication was downright horrible. The first time, I booked a one-time event for mosquito control via their website. I got a confirmation email stating that my service is reserved but not scheduled and someone will reach out to me. Mosquito Joe is the best! Seth was over the top helpful and expert with a serious rodent problem. I appreciate also that I could choose repellent rather than extermination. (ie trapped and relocated.) And now, with the weather causing the emergence of flood plain mosquitoes which do not respond to Mosquito Joe's regular spray, they have scheduled another spray.application- unasked and at no extra cost. Pretty impressive if you ask me!
