We paid for design and consultation services for a remodel project. We did not receive the design services and contractor meetings were promised but never occurred. Our breaking point when a meeting was cancelled the designer sent us an email at 4:52pm on a Thursday evening to cancel a contractors meeting scheduled for 8:00 AM the next morning. Total scam. Take your money, never deliver on your order. Won't return phone calls, emails, even hide inside store and won't answer door when you show up to find out where your order is. Still have no contact, no product, no refund!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!
