The owners son is very rude and very cocky acts like he knows everything and anything I’ll never come back here High prices too wouldn’t shop here no positive attitude the guy is always pissed off every time I walk in like he’s pissed off every time maybe he shouldn’t even work here anymore and pursue another job and explore his options

Went in about an hour & a half a go wanting to fix a minor break in my ring. I was told they'd have to cut my ring up to "thicken it up" "you know, so it "won't break again" I was told soldering the ring back in place was "impossible" wanted to charge me $100!
