Booked a massage online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, I was told their online booking system wasn't working. Disappointing to make the trip for nothing despite having a confirmed booking. Hopefully they fix the issue so it doesn't happen to others.
Masseuse was very sick (sneezing, coughing, sniffling), massage was rushed and the massage oil wasn’t even wiped off at the end.
Terrible experience. Cluttered, ugly space with all kinds of smells.Hygiene is really questionable. Massage was totally unprofessional. Rude staff-talking in their native language made me so uncomfortable. Waste of my time and money.
