Communication was clear and consistent, the customer service was excellent, and the quality of workmanship was spot on. Warren, Mel and the team were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. He was patient and friendly compared to other smash repair people I contacted. He answered all my questions with great patience. I live in Killara and decided to have my car repaired here despite all the closer options. Strongly recommend.
