This is much more Swedish/friction massage than remedial in my experience. Was likely beneficial but for me it was too vigorous to be relaxing which is what I was after.
Sharna is amazing. Very attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. It's really easy to book an appointment with her and I would definitely recommend her.
