I like call these guys my loan sharks. I was stuck with my build trying to get financing because I had already started construction. Banks don't like that I guess. So when no banks would work with me Moskowitz did. But I paid for it dearly. Very expensive lending and as inconvenient as a bank. Tons of hidden expenses like appraisals, their lawyers, interest on top of their fee...etc. I borrowed about 450k for 7 months an it probably cost around 50k all said and done.
