Place is not bad at all, clean of debrie on the pavement, lots of room to turn around, friendly face at check in desc, BUT !! 2 stars for : when I asked supervisor to tell the unloader to drive in to the trailer slowly, I'v been immediately kicked out of the dock and that forklift intentionally start to drive in and out even faster then before. I cannot recommend this company, the ownership, Bob in particular was nasty and unprofessional. Communication was horrible and the experience was similar to getting a root canal. I broker scrap steel all over the US and rarely have this type of experience with the scrap metal community. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
