Thomas Moskaly did a sub-par plumbing job on our new house. Per the builder, when Moskaly ran the original plumbing lines, he put them in the wrong place and the floor plan had to be reworked because of this mistake. Also, when the housing inspector came out and turned on the water for the first time, water started leaking out of the wall in the living room and bathroom.
