Mosholu Medical Group is absolutely the best! The entire staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely listens to patients. The doctors are incredibly caring and thorough—especially Dr. Miller, who is hands-down one of the most compassionate and empathetic physicians I have ever met. After a traumatic ER experience with cruel and insensitive doctors, I developed severe "White Coat Syndrome." I found this place for another person, and I ended up coming here for my care. Love Dr. Miller, you have to wait, but it's worth it. She takes her time with you.
THEY REFUSE TO WRITE ME A NEW PRESCRIPTION FOR MY INSULIN BECAUSE I GOT NEW INSURANCE. I AM DIABETIC AND OUT OF INSULIN AND I AM GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY SICK OR DIE BECAUSE KF THESE PEOPLE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY DR. MILLERS REP ON THE PHONE CHOSE TO BERATE ME LIKE AN IDIOT AND CHASTISE ME FOR EVEN ASKING THEM TO REWRITE AN ACTIVE PRESCRIPTION. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE, YOU MIGHT LIVE BECAUSE OF IT
