Dr. Shapiro (and honestly everyone I've interacted with at Advanced Urology) is the epitome of professionalism and also very personable. He clearly knows his specialty very well, and has a great bedside manner - I never feel like I'm being hurried along, he listens and answers questions without being at all condescending or curt. My experience with him and the staff have been absolutely great.
